There are meat substitutes available called Tofurkey, but I've never tried. Perhaps you are would be willing to try, but if not, there are also meat substitutes to the other, like tofu, which could fill the space in the dish where the meat before.

However, there is inevitably something of meat, open at your Thanksgiving dinner. There are many highly seasonal, festive food and you do not miss eating meat at all can. Sweet potatoes and / or carrots cooked with brown sugar is tasty vegetables are very Thanksgiving-ish to me. In Nice (healthy, meat quiche made from eggs, cheese, vegetables, meat, bacon crumbles and dairy free) seems to be a good addition.

Some other ideas that you should check out:
-Stuffed Mushrooms
Chili beans or
Soups
Cranberry Sauce
Pumpkin
Grain wild rice with vegetables
Pasta with vegetables or a creamy cheese sauce
Bread or biscuits
-Green beans with chopped nuts
Corn muffn
Casserole

For snacks, here are some ideas:
Stuffed eggs
Cheese and crackers
Pita and hummus
Salad with tangerines and / or almonds and / or associations
Soups
Bread and Rolls

And of course you can all the usual desserts.
In addition, there are many recipes on the market. I love myrecipes.com, and many vegetarian, healthy recipes, I suggest the Moosewood cookbooks.
Hope this helps, and thanks, wonderful!

Where do I start?

This is your first Thanksgiving as a vegetarian. While still ate meat, did you check for a recipe? Or you find? Likely suspect. Thus, there are hundreds of websites with thousands of ideas for a vegetarian meal. I usually make a filling / seitan dish, the proposed first Vegetarian Times Magazine. I do not think more than any court, but it was damn good!

I do all the things I loved as a person to eat, meat. I make the stuffing, sauces, salads, squash, etc. The sauce is a vegetarian and eat a mock "Turkey roll with cranberry sauce. Mmmmmmmmmm!
